Cheryl founded Leaders by Design Consulting LLC in 2013 and primarily focused on providing career coaching and development to career transitions such as college students, service members, and those reintegrating into society.  We expose our clients to new strategies, tools, and resources that will help them to successfully navigate their academic and/or career goals.

In 2020, we expanded our services to include business development and planning, leadership training and development, and corporate staffing and recruitment services.

We believe that all people are “Leaders by Design”; they just need the tools to be successful.  We engage with our clients and assist them in the journey to reaching their goals.”
